Glittery eye makeup with Eye Kandy

Glittery eye makeup with Eye Kandy

from left to right: sizzilin cinnamon, candy coin and sugan cane.

As a grown-up would you wear glittery eye makeup? Plenty of A-Lister adults have been sporting this look as of late with the likes of Katy Perry, Jessie J and Jennifer Lopez to name just a few. Personally I love some glitter, particularly on the eyes. I think it brightens up a look, I love the way it catches the light and it can dial up the glamour if needed. But some glittery eye products can be grainy and cause irritation. Others just won't stay put. And then there's Eye Kandy.

Gleneagles Spa

If there’s anywhere I’d expect crystals to be used during a facial it’s here: amidst the sumptuous surroundings of Gleneagles Spa. To be honest, I wouldn’t have been surprised if the walls had been covered in gold leaf and diamonds were on the floor; although perhaps that’s too trashy for this resort. Because when you think of the word Gleneagles you likely think of five star luxury and Scottish spectacular. And this ESPA facial is ticking those boxes for me.

But for us mere mortals who don’t have hair stylists on speed dial, getting our barnets frizz-free can prove something of a challenge. So how do you get shiny hair without great Middleton genes or giving up your hair straighteners? The answer could lie in the latest hair smoothing therapy – the Nanokeratin System.
